Of these three projects, the winner of the night with the RDA 2021 was chosen, and this was Tzol Arquitectura for the residential project Coralillo Station. Coralillo Station is an exploration complex designed in perfect harmony with its surroundings. It was built in an abandoned parking lot on the slopes of a virgin mountain in Guatemala. His intention is to enjoy life outdoors without compromising the comfort of the visitors.

The RDA 2021 went to Tzol Arquitectura for the "Estación Coralillo" residential project.

Luxury campers contain everything you need on 27m2, while large outdoor areas create a sense of community and connection with nature. The cavernous space has no columns thanks to its cantilevered ceilings, two are translucent while the one in the social area also functions as a yoga platform. Steel and wood create lines that guide the gaze outward. The heart of the project is a Coralillo tree, which as it grows will house fruits, birds and nests honored with submerged social spaces.

This night full of emotions, ended with a cocktail in which the ASODI community and its followers enjoyed the food at the Rosa Alacrán Restaurant, while they walked through the exhibition of the projects that were located in QUO square and new relationships were created.
